We banned your account for security reasons as your account had been accessed by a foreign IP that was solely used to hack into multiple accounts.
I noticed you had sent in a follow up petition yesterday with exactly the information I was going to ask you for here, so I thank you for that. We are trying hard to figure out where this sudden hacking madness is coming from and we appreciate you taking the time explaining the matter about your WoW account. That might very well be the connection.

Apparently my account had been seized and held hostage by pirates unknown. Fortunately CCP’s crack team of Icelandic seals shot them dead and liberated my Orca/Raven pilot.
Fortunately, everything was intact except that my skill queue was empty and I ended up selling more hobgoblin drones than I expected on a patch day.
For those of you that may find yourself in a similar situation, note that when I contacted CCP, I was polite, concise and used complete sentences. I tried to give them as much information as I knew and that might be helpful: my last legitimate login time, when I discovered the account was banned (and first attempted to contact them). A brief summary of recent in-game activity, including transfers of gear or isk to alts, corp mates, etc. and finally the fact that I had sufferred a not too recent similar hacking on my wow account which had the same account name. Seems a little civility goes a long way.
